Saturday night is always the time for silliness in our household. We take nothing seriously and make fun of everything. We might be more sensible on Sunday, you never know.
Speaking of silly, a story from Ireland made its way into the “weird” columns of our hometown newspaper. It was about the councilman from a village in southwest Ireland that, because the place was rural and there were so few residents, that those who lived there be allowed to drive drunk. I got a good laugh out of that one, and even supposed that fellow could be a distant cousin to some of the representatives in our house of Congress! Hubby said you probably could shed more light on the story.

Adorable - and I vote for silliness too - unless it is a group of pre-teens. lol

Tilly - Me too.
Ramana - I try. The graveyards are full of people that never tried.
Judy - The simple silly giggles of a toddler are like gold dust.

Celia - I am pleased.
Gigi - That little face really smiled for me.
Dianne - Give it time. You may well come back with fresh energy to finishing the Afghan.
Nick - Hard to beat - an evening of silliness. It is something I really miss.

Children really do know the way to be silly at any given moment! Good examples for us!

BWT - That little one is ready to jump out of the picture to have some silly fun.
Debra - We all need to release the child within every now and then.
