Peer Pressure

Peer Pressure – Me?

Not on your nanny!

The only problem I have is with my blood pressure.

So why no Peer Pressure then?

Because:

  • I’m not heavy enough to sit on anyone.
  • I’m not in the House of Lords.
  • I have new eyes and new glasses, so there is no need for me to look narrowly at anything.
  • At my age, my peers have faded into the woodwork.
  • Once I get my pants down, I have no problem with my pee ‘r! ;)

Come on OCD, you didn’t really expect a dissertation on peer pressure from me.

OK folks, I let you off lightly this week, so away you go on the rounds and check out what our other Loose Bloggers are up to:- Conrad, Delirious, Maria/Gaelikaa, Magpie 11, Maria SilverFox, OCD writer, Padmum, Paul, Ramana, Rohit, WillKnott, & Little old me.

I am around your age group Grannymar, and I am yet to fade into the woodwork. At least I hope that I haven’t! And, I don’t have to drop my trousers down. There are modern alternatives available!

Ramana - Don’t you dare fade into the woodwork, Mayo & I would have nobody to tease!

I had to much coffee this morning, and I had pee’ r pressure.
So it does exist for us older people.
Grannymar you better rethink this topic.

You certainly seem like someone who knows who they are, and doesn’t care if anyone else disagrees. :)

    So… a bishop sitting on a nun’s knee = peer pressure.
The other way round = virgin on the ridiculous.

Mayo - Go easy on the coffee!

Delirious - You got it in one. There are only two things that I can be sure of:- 1) that I will die and 2) The only person to be around for all of MY life is me!

    BWT - Excellent!

lol! I love these comments! In all seriousness, I suspect we’re all more motivated by peer pressure than we realize. Sometimes it’s not a bad thing…otherwise I wouldn’t be working out, getting my heart rate up to between 120/130 beats per minute six days a week (do you know how much time that takes??) if I didn’t see some of my peers who do it regularly look and act so well! But I agree no peer pressure is an enviable goal. I’m going for it!

First Ramana, now you! I love that you have gone off into the wild blue yonder with “peer pressure”.

That’s what puts the “Loose” in Blogging Consortium!

Alice - I try to workout everyday, but the Toyboys run away every time.

Marianna - It is fun thinking outside the box.
