Back then it was possible to look out the windows and see green fields. Over the years Dublin has grown out to merge with surrounding counties, housing was mainly two storied with small gardens to front and back. It is only recently that she(Dublin) grew up with tall office blocks and apartment buildings. Elly lives in Dublin, but the place was a country village on the road to the west, when I was young.
