I left it behind
It was mine, all mine. Do you think I should have charged them?
I do have some left!
I think I am going off my hair stylist.
He is very selective.
He left all the grey hair behind.
Seriously now my friends….
I did have this very scientific discussion with Lord of the scissors, a few months ago, but he could not grasp the concept. He did grasp my hair long enough to cut it, and still had the strength to hold his hand out for my money.
Only the front half of my hair is turning silver. The back half is still a brownish red - the glorious autumn glory has gone the way of last winter’s snow. Enough of the tangent, and back to my scientific discovery.
When I wear my hair brushed to one side or back off my face the hair is grey. IF on the other hand, and it is a big IF, I brush my hair forward (seldom happens as it doesn’t suit me), the hair is as brown as that you saw on the floor above. So the answer is simple, the front half of each strand of hair is grey and the remainder is red/brown.
What? You don’t believe me? Huh!
I bet there is a mad dash for the seclusion of the bathroom in your house right now. Go on and test out my theory, don’t forget to come back and tell me the results.
I’m waiting…..

As the sayiing goes “greys have more fun”.
For some reason that does not sound quite right, — oh well!!

My barber, I really can’t call him hair stylist, has to hunt for hair to cut! And what little he cuts, is all grey. I don’t have to run to the bathroom to check!

I still have plenty of hair, though it’s mostly grey. I visit my 2nd generation barber infrequently — when it get’s long enough that I can’t stand it any more or just before we head out on a trip so I don’t have to deal with a haircut til after we get back.
I called him 2nd generation because when we moved 30 years ago, I started getting haircuts from his dad. Since then, I’ve gotten haircuts elsewhere less than 5 times that I can recall.

Mayo - I’ll do my best!
Ramana -
Mike - That bundle of hair above, was just six weeks growth. It is so so heavy, I get a headache after 6 weeks if I forget to have it cut.

I’m afraid that the only brown left in my hair is at the very back and bottom of my head. I don’t think there is a big enough “comb over” left to cover all my gray.

Because I dump a bucket of L’Oreal Ash Blonde #24 over my head about every three months, I would never find brown hair in the front OR the back.
So, no running to the bathroom for me. Oh.Wait! I have to run to the bathroom now,but it has nothing to do with the color of your hair,or mine!

There was a gentleman that came in the feedstore where I worked that was mostly bald on top, he dyed his hair black, and it looked like he’d spray painted the bald top to match…It was so hard not to stare at the top of his head… another fellow had a comb over that would lift off everytime he passed by the a/c blower…

My hair is still almost entirely dark brown so I can’t do the experiment. I’ve been expecting to go grey for about 20 years but I’m still waiting.

Delirious - You have a fine head of hair.
Nancy - Was it the sound of running water did it?
Brighid - I love it! I’m having difficulty seeing the keys through the tears of laughter!

Nick - You enjoy life in full colour!
Steph - If I carried a little mirror while walking backwards…. I would be able to see the good looking toyboys and bump into them, accidentally like! (^-^)

I fear the toyboys might all run away in fright when they see you coming… backwards like!

Like Nancy, my hair colour is um, enhanced, though not enough to stop me being mistaken recently for some of my aunts. Grrrr.

Hiya Stuart, welcome to my blog. You are indeed the best value in town, with the extra special helping of banter and abuse we give each other. Thinking it is nearly time I paid you a visit again.
