Finally, a friend said,"I will print the answers on your shorts and when they ask you, you can read the answers." So, he goes before the board and the first question is " Who was the first President of the United States?" The guy picks up his shirt and looks at the waistband of his underpants and says." J.C.Penney" How many states are there? "34 to 36" What are the colors of the flag?
