A Polish immigrant went to apply for a driver’s license.
First, of course, he had to take an eye sight test.
The optician showed him a card with the letters
‘C Z W I X N O S T A C Z.’
‘Can you read this?’ the optician asked.
‘Read it?’ the Polish guy replied, ‘I know the guy.’

I think this is the same guy who couldn’t get his U.S. citizenship because he couldn’t remember the answers to the questions they asked.
Finally, a friend said,”I will print the answers on your shorts and when they ask you, you can read the answers.”
So, he goes before the board and the first question is ” Who was the first President of the United States?”
The guy picks up his shirt and looks at the waistband of his underpants and says.” J.C.Penney”
How many states are there? “34 to 36″
What are the colors of the flag? “Brown and White”
