Darlene - I have a confession to make: I have never known what calories are in any food. And to abuse an old song says “I eat when I’m hungry and drink when I’m dry, and if calories don’t kill me, I’ll live ’till I die”! George mentioned a website for calorie counting, I’ll ask him and post it later here in the comments.
Kate - Fresh herbs from the garden…. nothing better!

Grannymar, you have made this poor vegetarian salivate. Thanks. We have water melon in season now and they are luscious and wonderfully red. The Feta cheese that we get here is just barely passable, but will do.
