Judy - Ireland has plenty of old ruins like that.

I lived on a dairy farm with black & white cows In Ireland, for 5 weeks. We went to see a stone ruin nearby. The owner invited us in for tea. I doubt that the cups were washed. He had a dirt floor. He was MOST CHARMING.

Beautiful spot. Shame the inhabitants cant enjoy the view!
