As for Moaning Lizzy, I love the name, I was surprised or even shocked at how small it was. The fact it was behind bullet proof glass on the far side of a room did not help either. Nick - I did see a video of the proposed tower. I wonder if it will last as long as the Eiffel Tower, which was completed in 1889.
