I know what you mean Marian, I cooked her March 29th recipe-lemon and cashew chicken– and it was fantastic. I didn’t tell my wife where I got the recipe, I told her I made it up. Yes- I made a score!

I am here again to tease and play. It has been al long few days without you.
Mind you I was one of the fortunate people, there were many in my town without power for a week. Thankfully I had heat, light, hot water and power to cook with.
