2010
It arrived and I never really noticed. I should have been asleep. I am nursing a cold… but who cares if I can wear these….
The boots are back!
The LBCers will be back at 3pm GMT too!
Happy Twenty Ten!

Happy 2010 Grannymar. You look just great. Remember we have a date this year.

Mel - May 2010 be a special year for you.
Gaelikaa - It feels good to be able to wear the boots again. We had very heavy frost and a sprinkling of snow pellets - not enough to cover the ground. This cold is hard on the chest so I will hibernate for the duration.
Rhyleysgranny - Once the weather improves we will make more concrete arrangements.

It’s so hard to get nice boots! They’re lovely and you look great! I’m now wishing that I’d bought the nice ‘jeans’ boots that they had in Meany’s of Carrick when I was there this week. I may go back and get them.
Happy New Year to you and yours! Looking forward to your updates in the year ahead!

AB - My jeans and boots have served me well. The jeans were purchased in France in 1999 and the boots are much older… at least another 5 years. Boot trees are the answer.
I hope to re-energise and keep plodding along.

Baino - I’ll leave the boots to you in my will!
You will have to wait…. I have plans for 2010!

There was a saying when I was young ‘Act your age’. It was frequently used if we children were mis-behaving.
The picture above brought back that saying to me.
Grannymar acts half her age
Grannymar looks half her age
Happy 2010

Thank You Lily. In my head I am still 30. Pity the hands, the wrinkles and the natural hi-lights tell a different story!

Happy New year, Grannymar! The hands may always tell and there may be wrinkles here and there (the highlights look just fine, BTW) but you can’t deny that high school figure.

Kirk M, May 2010 be kind to you too. I suppose there is a little more shape to the figure these days.
