Baino - I will be making it today. BHB - Since I have a dairy intolerance I use oil to sweat down the veg & onions and just leave the cream out when making it for myself. Nice looking man. We called my father "Daddy" too. I absolutely ADORE cream & butter. Bacon has a wonderful flavor too. We used to put hot bacon grease on lettuce for a salad with green onions.
