Deb, I would need 4 seats, what would that cost? Maybe just 2, I would put my arms around the people sitting on both sides of me. They could use my arms as pillows.
Deb, you are so smart, I’m glad you thought of that. One thing I know about Southwest, my suitcase would travel FREE!

Deb - Although I cannot eat the cheesecake, I am told it is good and the plate clears quickly. Now about Gail…. would my stays help? OR I might have a full corset with suspenders attached!

Magpie - Apricot soaked in a little drop of Amaretto perhaps, not enough to drip or upset the moisture balance of the cheese.

OMG you read my mind… I also wondered if dried Apricots (plumped up with a little something to soften them) might not do well too.

Has any one heard one of my favourite sayings? “Life is too short for Plain Biscuits” I can’t claim to be the originator of such wisdom but cannot remember who said it first.

Could we go with an Almond theme on this recipe do you think?

Poor Gail - did you hear about mean ole Southwest Airlines? They are charging “large proportioned” passengers for 2 seats, if they overflow! Now that is worth writing your senators about - wouldn’t you say?

Baino - You know the song… If I knew you were coming, I’d have made a cake! When I am expecting guests to stay I buy milk, butter, cream and cheese. Come unannounced, and it will be black tea or coffee and plain biscuits.

AB - Cheesecake is indeed versatile.

Gail - I think you need to take a deep breath when you see them coming!

Magpie - My granny used that phrase often and followed it with a wink and a laugh. No how about ginger nut biscuits for the base and add chopped crystallized ginger in place of fruit.
