I mix the insides of the tomatoes. with albacore tuna and mayonnaise and return it to the tomatoes, which are eaten cold and raw. If I have them on hand I use small shrimp and sweet gherkins instead of the tuna. At times I chop onion in the mix and serve on lettuce. It does sound yummy, but I take the easy way.
