I couldn’t light the candle as you did for me when I had my operation—Because your time is 8 hours ahead of mine on “this side of the pond”. But I thought of you about 2 AM our time.

Each week you’ll notice an incremental improvement in your recovery.
All the best, GM!

Thank you, Elly, for the great news.
GrannyMar,
With your wonderful sense of humor and story-telling ability, I know you are by now a favoritie of the hospital staff. I for one, will be looking forward to your return home and your first post-surgery blog.
Meanwhile, rest easy.

“and then send her to the gym to see how she performs.” This is from Elly’s Update 2.
Here in the U.S. we go to the gym to work-out. You know- treadmill, elliptical, lifting weights. Seems a little harsh for Grannymar right after surgery.
