My Granny Told Me

It is impossible to worry while you’re laughing.

That is why I laugh so much.

Enjoy your day!

“A keen sense of humour helps us to overlook the unbecoming, understand the unconventional, tolerate the unpleasant, overcome the unexpected, and outlast the unbearable.”

    - Billy Graham. (Remember him?)

And Grannymar, it is nice to have you laughing at me and occasionally, with me too!

Conor - I hope the day went well with plenty of laughter.

Chrisb - We use fewer muscles to laugh than we do to frown!

Ramana - Hopefully we laugh in the same direction.

Laughter is the best medicine. And that’s why I laugh a lot.

Well out here in India, some people meet in the local parks early in the morning and laugh their heads off together. It is an alternative to yoga and has the same affect on your wellbeing. When you see a bunch of people just laughing for the sake of it, it’s hard not to join in! And don’t worry Grannymar, your secret is safe with me! Photoshop indeed!

It’s impossible to do anything…and I mean anything whilst you’re laughing. That’s why Gordon Brown and the Queen look so serious!

Laughter and singing (when I’m singing people are laughing!) are great for the souls and the brain.

A good song or laugh between lessons always gets a class off to a good start.
“Now then children, I want you to turn to the person next to you and laugh with them. You too Mr Inspector.”

He he! I wish I had done it…. It works though!

Darlene - Laughter makes for Happy Faces!

Gaelikaa - I like the alternative yoga! I have been practising for years without knowing. :D

Magpie11 - Gordon Brown and the Queen always look like they are in pain! I would have loved to see Mr Inspector’s face if you had said it!
