Aurora Borialis Grannymar Style
On Friday morning I posted a picture of my sky at night.
It drew a variety of comments suggesting that it was:-
a) ‘huge fireball shooting across the sky. Or a giant torch.’
b) ‘That’s some searchlight!’
c) ‘a “Holy Picture”’
Late on Friday evening my eyes were opened to the apparitions it contained.
So at enormous expense and the risk of world war³ I present you with….
Da Daaaah!
Ashok, Conrad & Ramana; a right shower of loose bloggers!
Thanks Maynard.

Conrad looks a lot like me, though I can’t be sure with the tiny pic. So what happened to their bodies?

@Steph - Are you jealous?
@Nick - Bodies? I think we need to ask Maynard what he did with them…. Now that I think about it… they have all been silent since I got that photo! M-A-Y-nard!

How did you get that photo?, I didn’t send it to you. The images must have appearred out of your thoughts on your photo.

Maynard,
You didn’t? Then perhaps it was Gail! All I know is that the photo with the images arrived in a Meteor shower!

Fab pics, GM, what kind of camera are you using. I love the way it captures the light.

WWW,
Mine is a point and shoot camera.
FujiFILM FinePix A500 and it fits in the palm of my hand when not attached to my waist belt. The only editing that I do is crop the edges from time to time. I regularly have a full waste bin from all the rejected shots.

Brighid, that was a great photo. It sparked my interest! Grannymar keep up the great work with the camera. You do fine work!

Grannymar, just don’t send your photos to Rummy– he does all sorts of weird things with them.

Maynard,
I try!
Are you telling me that I cannot trust that Rummy Ramana fellow? Next you will tell me you are as innocent as the driven snow!

Ramana,
Who said anything about tennis? I only asked an innocent question!

My sky is your sky, but 7 to 8 hours later—even tho’ I’m on the other side of the pond. So tonight I’ll look for the 3 heads in the night sky.

BHB,
Enjoy your sunset tonight. Here the sky is grey and heavy with no hope of seeing a sunset.

The post is fun… but the comments are even funnier.
Have a blessed Sunday to all of you.

@Baino - Shhhh! They might pick very difficult topics for me to write about!
@Judy - The work was down to Maynard. I received my photo with the additions by surprise email… far too much fun not to post.
@Grace - Thanks for your blessings. Without the comments I would be talking to myself. I do hope you will return and join in again soon.

I think half the reason I come in here is to learn new tricks. Fancy, fancy. I love it.

Ashok,
It is only correct that you take your own direction in life. Remember there is no rehearsal. We pass this way only once, therefore we need to make the most of every moment. Enjoy!
