Normally in the run up to elections Posters for the candidates are posted on every light pole. Alas, this year it looks like children were sent out to hang the posters. They are all at a very low level and use these plastic ties. Some of the posters were about four times this size and an obstacle to people walking past. I heard yesterday of one poster that was higher but it obstructed the view of traffic lights on a very busy staggered junction. Ramana,
