Yum!
Fraid most of my combos are dairy related though!

All on crusty bread of choice.

-Loving soft goats cheese and honey.
-Soft goats cheese, smoked ham, halved & seasoned cherry tomatoes, fresh basil & cucumber.
-Medium/hard boiled egg, gouda cheese, cucumber, halved & seasoned cherry tomatoes
-fillet steak, pan fried rare, sliced and seasoned served on little gem lettuce, with the bread being rubbed with chili oil.

I want to try "sambos" sans bread when I come back after my week in Ireland... so will try Vietnamese Fresh Rolls, like these ...

Looks like the girls were all out to lunch..

@Baino - Kraft tried to introduce VEGEMITE over here on several occasions over the past 40 years without success. The local versions are Bovril and Marmite (vegetarian).

@Darlene - Many of the above will work in combination. I stopped at 11 suggestions hoping everyone would add their own.

@Nancy - your trip to McDonalds has given me an idea....

All of the fillings sound good, but I like a grilled cheese sandwich or maybe an egg salad. Tuna salad without the corn is quick and easy, too. Your salmon and avocado sandwiches sound yummy; how about combining them? I love sourdough or crusty French bread.
