I love the smell of fresh picked mushrooms and then the smell of them grilling....as for getting peole up...my lazy sister was easy to get up...stand at the bottom of the stairs and say loudly, "What shall I do with this Charley?" ( a Charley was the bathroom spider...you know the ones!</description>

  * What is your occupation? Any ideas for a retiree?
    * What colour are your socks right now? Black. A gentleman only ever where's Black socks!
    * What are you listening to right now? Someone moving around upstairs
    * Can you drive a stick shift?The only thing I drive is other people bonkers
    * Last person you spoke to on the phone? My sister...moaning because my (adult) children had not communicated thanks for tacky Christmas presents!
    * Do you like the person who you stole this quiz from / tagged you? Yes, Especially the humour and recipes
    * How old are you today?62 years 4 months 16 days (15 hours and 33 minutes) as far as I recall!!!!!
    * Favourite drink? My very favourite would have to be a 40 year old Tawny Port .... Colheita 1968 I had this last Christmas...heavenly and no need for honey!!!!
    * Favourite sport to watch? I am not really sports minded since so many sports nowadays are money grabbing. However I enjoy Rugby Union (International...and I have Ireland down to beat England this year)
    * Pets? Anyone who'll have me!
    * Favourite food? Varies..perhaps a slice of fresh new bread and butter or a bowl of Raspberries fresh of the cane or those Pickerel I caught in Canada and had grilled less than an hour later or.....oh ....... what a stupid question!
    * What was the last movie you watched? Cinema..The Pianist....on a Sunday evening and the place was full of quietly sobbing elderly people whom I realised later were all Jewish. On T.V who knows?
    * What’s your favourite day of the week? Any....
    * How do you vent anger? I TRY to see the funny side...after stomping around....and going bright red!
    * What was your favourite toy as a child? I cannot remember a favourite toy but I have still got some of my earliiest including the sheepskin ball I had in  my pram!
    * What is your favourite season? Spring or Autumn....Spring for the future Autumn for it's fruitfulness...
    * Hugs or kisses? Yes please!
    * Cherries or Blueberries? I love all fruit.  Cherries, Raspberries and Rhubarb are also on my list.
    * Do you want your friends to do this quiz? If they want to!
    * Who is the most likely to respond? I am sure several of my commenter’s will try it!
    * Living arrangements? Interesting at times.
    * When was the last time you cried? a week ago last Thursday, with frustration at my youngest's pain
    * What is on the floor of your closet? We call them wardrobes.   I don't know..a huge stack of pictures wu=ith no room on the walls...?
