And a desktop was something cluttered with unpaid bills and family photos. Of course I clicked. This guy has quite a movement - he ought to be a belly dancer….

A mobile was something that hung over a baby’s cot.

Love the print/delete on the picture!

Can’t click but can imagine - love the pic of the computer!
And Wallpaper stuck to your walls!
And a cache was usually stolen goods.
And a download was…., well, never mind. ;^)

@Nick - My desk is covered with receipts from my venture to the shops today. Now where is my keyboard????

@Magpie - We have to leave somethings to the imagination!

My boss asked me to go downstairs yesterday and bring him the ‘mail book’ so he could see whether a particular parcel had been sent . . he was flabbergasted to learn it was actually on an excel spreadsheet! Some things never change!

LOL…That’s hilarious, Grannymar. :) My favourite old-tech phrase is “Sneaker Net”. The youngsters can’t quite fathom carrying a 5 1/4 floppy from one computer to another. Do I really want to admit that I remember those days? :)

    JD,

I suppose those 5¼ floppies were heavier and more difficult to lose, unlike today’s laptops and DVDs! ;)
