That is so true, I’ve made some amazing friends through blogging and through twitter as well.

Aww… That’s nice!
The Hemingway story has very sad connotations.
“My brain is not working today”
Does that tell a story?

@Maz - So have I.
@Mike - Mmmmm…!
@Steph - I think you need some salts, of the Andrews variety!
Enjoy the tennis!

Grannymar,
With the Olympics coming up in Beijing, my story is about one event:
“Synchronized swimmer drowns; do all drown?”

I love true stories - although it is actually yet to come true for me

Grannymar said,

@Nancy - That is something I never thought about before! Now I wonder… Mike is the swimmer, we will have to ask him.
@ChrisD - Give it time, join in and attend meet-ups.
@Judy - You and I have both enjoyed meeting bloggers in real life.

That is not like you to give in. Don#t think about it, just get on and do it.
Lottie said,

@GM - That could be it. “Not like me to give up” You may be onto something.

Mike
You were swimming today?
It was grey, wet and miserable here until 4pm today.
Mike said,

Its lashing here. The sea wag rough with a big swell
Great fun when your in but you had to time it right getting out otherwise you’d be hammered by the breaking wave and sucked into the gulley
Grannymar said,

With all this talk of swimming, I need a hot toddie.
