Thursday Special ~ Sunday Sermon
Sunday Sermon
“Dear Lord,” the Pastor began, with arms extended toward heaven and a rapturous look on his upturned face.
“Without you, we are but dust…” He would have continued but at that moment a very obedient daughter who was listening leaned over and asked quite audibly in her shrill little four year old girl voice,
“Mum, what is butt dust?”

Grannymar said,
July 3, 2008 at 10:54 am

My place is a bit crowded right now I have four Welsh Male Voice Choirs singing for my entertainment
Can you hear them?
steph said,
July 3, 2008 at 11:28 am
All I can hear is the ‘ting’ of my glass ‘cos it’s so empty
The creme de cassis will never go round that lot, GM!
Sneak out the back and we’ll meet you at the gate
Mike said,

Ah but you haven’t heard me sing!
Steph-what will we do about the Welsh Male Voice Choirs?
I had a rock’n roll band lined up
Grannymar said,

I had a Steel Band from the Carribean here earlier, far better than any Wii for exercise.
Is it any wonder I get out of breath!
steph said,

GM
I’d worry about you…
having a Wii shouldn’t make you puff and pant like that!
Grannymar said,

Steph
With all this laughing I need a wii or a wee before I wet myself!

I love the things kids say especially when it is very serious to them .
A boy was in Sunday School and was told to write about the Israelites.
He wrote that the Israelites were trying very hard to establish their own country but it was difficult because they had so much trouble with the mean Genitals……

And there you two lushes are drinking Creme de Cassis out the back while shepherds wash their flocks by night!
After the christening of his baby brother in church, Jason sobbed all the way home in the back seat of the car. His father asked him three times what was wrong.
Finally, the boy replied,
‘That vicar said he wanted us brought up in a Christian home,
and I wanted to stay with you guys.’

@Nancy Out of the mouth of babes…!
@Baino Steph is under the bushes… she can’t stick the pace. In the meantime Mike is singing sweetly in my ear
