My Rainbow

Some teachers are never happy unless they are handing out the homework!

Paddy Bloggit has so much time on his hands he wants us to play a little word association game. To see what we can come up with using the colours of the rainbow!

Red roses for a blue lady, was a song I remember one of my uncles singing to his sweetheart.

Oranges and lemons say the bells of St Clements!

Yellow - Mellow Yellow by Donovan
I’m just mad about Saffron
Saffron’s mad about me
I’m just mad about Saffron
She’s just mad about me
{Refrain}
They call me mellow yellow
(Quite rightly)
They call me mellow yellow
(Quite rightly)
They call me mellow yellow

That’s enough people have places to go and people to see!

Green with envy is how I feel with folk who have musical talent.

Blue > Paul Mauriat - Love is blue

Indigo a colour that suits me

Violet was a lady I worked with many moons ago.
