No no, potatoes are strictly for eating not for straining my lovely muscles. My only form of body-challenge is walking the Mourne Mountains. And it’s more exhilarating than humping spuds!

Doh! How could I have missed the punchline? I was obviously suffering from Grandad’s not-quite-awake syndrome.

It’s hard work lifting a full wine glass over and over again!
I must try harder…I must try harder!

Nancy I loved your reply on the linked post. I want everyone to enjoy it so here goes:
Oh!, Grannymar, don’t get me started on exercising!
I joined a health club last year, spent about $400.00. Haven’t lost a pound. Apparently you have to show up.
I have flabby thighs, but fortunately my stomach covers them..
Also, I don’t jog. It makes the ice jump right out of my glass and the salt falls off the rim of my Margarita..

GM - any snow come your way today?
You may have to take up jogging (indoors) over the next few days!
We’ll have to keep you entertained - laughter is now a recognised form of yoga
Stay warm!

Haha . . that must have been before I started visiting your blog. Interesting to see Dario Sanchez as the first comment, now there’s a blast from the past! Very funny and definitely my kind of exercise. I was amazed about you lifting 100lbs! Steph, I’m with you on the wine glass but I’m going to keep practising!

Baino - I’ve been practising all day but the trouble is…
I can’t work out my left hand from my right at this stage… hic!
I’ll blame GM - she encouraged me

Will a bag of chips in each hand do?

Steph ~ we had about 30mins of wet snow last night, thankfully it didn’t last. Bright sunshine today but very cold.
Baino ~ the 100lbs that Steph mentioned was really £100
Paddy ~ frozen food never! It tastes far too nice to count.

Hi GrannyMar! Great idea here. I have to say I was wondering what the hay you’d do with all those potatoes, but as usual you came through for me at the end. I’d try that! LOL

Alice I saw the day when we bought potatoes by the sack full.
