My sleep seems to be controlled by the Shipping Forecasts I am fully awake for 'Sailing by' at around 12.55am and stay that way until after the 5.20am forcast when I fall into a deep sleep. IIRC Eostre also has something to do with the Easter Hare laying eggs on one day of the year because she was originally a bird.
