I am not a has-been. I am a will be. Life may not be the party we hoped for, but while we are here we might as well dance

Crazy isn't it. Same here. Two fatal crashes in two days and school doesn't break up until this afternoon! We have a 'double demerit' system (double the driver points removed) on long weekends and holidays. This helps deter speeding and other traffic offences. We also have random breath testing which is heavily in force around Christmas/NewYear but there are always the accidents and the inevitable state wide 'road toll' announce don the news each night. Keep safe everyone . . .rest if you're on long drives . . .don't drink and drive . . .keep the road rage off the agenda!

RTA's are always sad but somehow this close to Christmas makes it all the worse. How the families must be suffering. I will say a prayer for them.
