We 'Helen's' are cheeful folk there's no doubt about it. My cheeful one is DrummerBoy . . always a silly noise, a funny joke or moments of plain silliness. He makes me laugh and brightens my world when the mood is dark. Laughing also uses fewer muscles and keeps your skin wrinkle free!
